SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped from France.

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing after receiving your confirmation email. During limited releases, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Archive Apparel is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to the customer.

Archive Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier when necessary.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes does not qualify for a full refund.
