All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
We make every effort to display product colors, details, and materials accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, or garment treatments.
Measurements and sizing information are provided for guidance only and may vary slightly.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included where required by French law.
Payment must be completed in full before any order is processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment verification issues.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

- duplicate orders,
- payment verification failure,

5. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from France.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Archive Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Any additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

Returned products must be:
- unworn,
- unused,
- unwashed,
- free of odors,
- in original condition,
- with all original tags and packaging intact.
Archive Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where legally required.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned products or valid proof of return shipment.
Customers may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, visuals, graphics, product designs, text, branding, and images, is the property of Archive Apparel unless otherwise stated.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archive Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws.
